Cost Estimating
Incorporating accurate industry-based prices for building materials, labour, site expenses and equipment and documenting this information in a structured report – ensuring that each project generates maximum profit through the planning and accuracy of cost. This would also assist with the ordering of material at each stage of the building project.

Contract Administration
Facilitating the completion of tender documentation and thereafter the general administration of the contractor/client agreement.

Cost Control & Reporting
Monthly cost reports and managing overall project cost – to ensure that a project does not run at a loss and knowing the profit percentage being realized.

Progress Claims & Re-measurements
Monthly claims, re-measurements and agreeing of final accounts with client / client team.
